I’m Elina Isabella
Drawing from my experience of being housebound and navigating complex disability from a young age, my paintings centre stories of softness, strength, and visibility. My work offers an intimate counter-narrative to traditional representations of illness and disability—one rooted in dignity, beauty, and presence. “I paint so young people with illness and disabilities grow up seeing themselves as something beautiful and worthy of art.”
